Cecil Afrika – South Africa Men’s Rugby Sevens Team

Cecil AfrikaCecil Afrika is a name that has become synonymous with South Africa National Sevens rugby since he first debuted in 2009. The burner has come to be known for his rapid kick chases and sensational speed down the sidelines and through gaps. Cecil is the recipient of the 2011 IRB International Sevens Player of the Year award, a year in which he scored 40 tries, the majority of his 385 point total on the year. The Port Elizabeth-born flyhalf will be an integral part of South Africa’s run in Rio de Janeiro.
